I used BEET IT shots last season whilst playing for the England 7s Team. The physical demands and extreme levels of fitness required to play back to back games in a 7s environment takes its toll. The nutritional benefits of beetroot have helped postpone muscle fatigue and keep my energy levels high, enabling me to run that extra length or to make that last ditch tackle. I sampled a BEET IT Shot during a very intense training period when my body was exhausted and I was struggling to cope with the demands of the work. After only one shot, my stamina increased to such a level that I felt like a different dancer - the work was almost easy and because my attention was no longer focused on pacing myself through the programme. I was able to enjoy performance a lot more and this enjoyment is what gives a dancer 'the edge', it is what helped me to go the extra mile. I found the BEET IT shots easier than normal juice because the amounts of the normal juice you need to drink to get the desired amount of nitrate. But personally I can and have used both.
