Developed specifically to be consumed both before and after an event to promote recovery. Supplementation of sour cherry juice has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, including reduced symptoms of, or enhanced recovery, from muscle damaging exercise such as delayed onset muscle soreness. Beet It Regen Cherry+ requires no dilution, which makes it quick and convenient to consume on-the-go.
