Returns Policy

Because our products are food and drink items with a limited shelf life, they're exempt from the standard 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means we're unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange due to a change of mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product names, sizes, and quantities.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

This doesn't affect your rights if something has genuinely gone wrong. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your order is:

  •  Faulty – for example, damaged in transit, leaking, or with a broken seal
  • Not as described – doesn't match what you ordered
  • Substandard – not of satisfactory quality (for example, visibly spoiled or past its best-before date on arrival)

If any of these apply, please contact us via our contact us form within 7 days of delivery, including:

  •  Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the product (and packaging, if relevant)

We'll review your claim and get back to you within 7 working days with a resolution — usually a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges where applicable.

Missing or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives incomplete, or you've received the wrong product, please let us know via our contact us form within 7 days of delivery so we can put things right.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. You don't need to return the product to us unless we specifically ask you to.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This policy explains how we handle returns for the specific case of goods that are perishable and exempt from the general 14-day cancellation right.
