Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

All products are eligible for return provided they meet the conditions above.

How to Start a Return

Returns are processed through our self-serve returns portal in Shopify.  You can access this through the following link or by clicking on ‘View Order’ link in your order confirmation email.  To view the order, use the same email address that the order was placed with.

 

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• No restocking fee will be charged.
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
