Shipping policy

We aim to provide a next working day delivery service for orders placed before 11 am (Monday to Friday). While most orders do arrive the following working day, this cannot be guaranteed. If you do not receive your delivery, please contact us with your order number.


Orders are usually dispatched as follows:
  • Orders placed before 11 am (Mon–Fri) – dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 11 am (Mon–Fri) – dispatched the following working day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays – dispatched the next working day (usually Monday).

Typical Delivery Timelines:

These are the usual delivery windows based on when your order is placed:
  • Monday to Thursday before 11 am – usually arrives the following day.
  • Monday to Thursday after 11 am – usually arrives in two to three working days.
  • Friday before 11 am – usually arrives on Monday.
  • Friday after 11 am – usually arrives on Tuesday.
  • Saturday or Sunday – usually arrives on Tuesday.
Please note: Deliveries take place on working days only. We always aim for next working day delivery, but delays can occasionally occur due to dispatch or courier factors outside our control.
Delivery Costs
  • Free delivery on orders of £40 and over
  • £4.80 delivery charge for orders under £40 (next day delivery charge comes as no extra cost to this)
Delivery Areas:

Online orders can be fulfilled to the majority of the UK mainland. Unfortunately, due to courier charges, we do not currently deliver directly to Northern Ireland, parts of the Scottish Highlands, or certain UK islands.

If you’re based in one of these regions, you can still order Beet It Sport products through XMiles (xmiles.co.uk) or Amazon, both of which deliver across the UK.
