When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll be asked to provide payment information and select the product(s) you’d like to receive, as well as the delivery frequency. Subscriptions will begin once your order is processed and confirmed.

· Payment Method: All subscriptions are charged automatically to the payment method provided at the time of purchase. You can update your payment details at any time through your account page.

5. Shipping and Delivery

· Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries will be made based on the frequency you select. Estimated shipping times will be provided during checkout.

· Shipping Costs: We aim to provide a next working day delivery service for orders placed before 11am. If you do not receive your delivery, please contact us with your order number. Orders of £30 and over will be delivered free of charge. Any orders below £30 will incur a delivery charge. Online orders can be fulfilled to most of the UK mainland. Unfortunately, due to courier charges we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, parts of the Scottish Highlands and some UK islands, but we can recommend buying the products on Amazon or X-Miles if this is the case.

· Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., missing or damaged products), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
